The Chicago-Latrobe 150WLP series parabolic jobber length drill bit is made from high-speed steel with an unpolished (bright) finish and has a 135-degree notched point for use in deep drilling applications on a range of materials, especially soft metals. High-speed steel (HSS) provides hardness for wear resistance. The uncoated finish has no additional surface treatment or coating. The round shank accommodates most drill chucks. Use for deep drilling in difficult-to-machine materials.
